ORGANIC TEESTA VALLEY FIRST FLUSH 2020
This Darjeeling is ideal for breakfast and can be accompanied by a cloud of milk. A good grip in the mouth, then a floral flavor which gives it a scent of lilies, and citrus aromas which spread delicately.
The infusion is ideally balanced between the tannin and the vegetal freshness of this spring harvest. The small green leaves of this tea are rich in small silvery buds. In the infusion, it reveals a vegetal flavor, subtly enhanced with citrus, fruity, floral and fresh notes. The first approach is very vegetal, and the second reveals a rounder, floral and nutty aroma. A good length in the mouth leaves a fresh and very aromatic sensation.
The pale yellow liquor is limpid and brilliant.
